Etro | Milan Menswear Spring/Summer 2012

Beginning with a spew of earth tones and neutral colors like brown, camel and cream, Etro brought a diverse and versatile collection to the runway today in Milan. Only until recently have I began to hone a loving for the amazing designs of Etro, and with this collection they do not fail to impress me. Known for their unique prints, they brought the liadback chic trend to the runway with fabrics like linen and a wide variety of plaid. Touching in on some color blocking they showcased some bright colors like red, yellow and blue. Along with the wonderful apparel which included suits, double-breasted blazers, bomber jackets, formal shorts and sweaters; they focused on an array of great accessories like bags, patterned scarves and wonderfully colored straw hats. They used basic loafers to complete the looks. With a fun yet inspiring vibe, Etro gave me a couple pieces to ‘want’ in the coming S/S season. Check out my favorites below, along with all the show photos.
