Bottega Veneta | Milan Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2011

Bottega Veneta has always impressed me their great collections of accessories and clothing and once again they prove they belong among the top names in the fashion industry. Stunning would be too strong of a word to describe the collection, but Tomas Maier definitely presented a great collection after changing from last season’s theme and according to Style.com, wanting to portray the stained glass windows of a Gothic Church. Well knowing that, that is what he did indeed after presenting some colorful looks made from the usual textiles, tweed and fur and also interestingly enough…layered yarn. The line of dresses that sauntered down the runway beginning with Julia Saner, were indeed elegant and were in my opinion, the highlight of the show. Take a look at my favorites below as well as the show photos.
