Dsquared² | Milan Fall Winter 2011/2012

Taking a completely different approach to their designs this season, was Dean and Dan Caten of Dsquared², and being inspired by western elements brought dark and grungy tones to the runway. Lots of leather was seen along with and about 1 or 2 pieces with fur. All the looks were topped off with large fedora hats to give the refined western look, and also some aprons which helped in taking us back to that time, when butchers were exceedingly popular. I loved all the looks especially because of the freshness they brought to the runway, but also because of their modern and futuristic feel even though they took us back.
